About us

An independent agent on Market Place since 1998.

Helen Rowan opened the office with one desk and a borrowed camera. Marcus Hale joined in 2006 to start the lettings side, and there are eight of us now.

We’re not part of a chain and we don’t have targets from head office. We’d rather tell you a realistic price and sell your home at it than promise a big number and drop it in six weeks. Most of our work comes from people we’ve sold or let for before.
